The supply house is second to none when it comes to customer service at the counter. They are always reasonably friendly and very knowledgeable. Most of the time they have what you need and if they don’t, they can get it quick.

Butts is a great resource. I certainly am no plumber but needed to do some work on the weekend. I needed some help that I wasn't going to find at Lowe's or home Depot. I was intimidated to be going into the professional world of plumbers of where I did it belong. But Jeff worked with me with great patience and we figured out my problem.

On top of that, they were friendly, approachable, and smiling the whole time, which made the entire process stress-free. Thank you so much for the tip of tapping the seat wrench to get the stuck seat out so I could properly rebuild the shower. It worked perfect.

Absolutely the best service! After going all over town with not one able to solve a plumbing problem I was recommended Bucks not only did they solve my problem but did with patience & kindness.
